Option 1: Direct Import / Container Pricing (Best Price)
● Minimum Order: Full container (20ft or 40ft), either single SKU or assorted.
● Source: Direct from Ghana.
● Pricing: Factory-direct pricing (lowest tier).
● Terms: Payment on shipment or LC terms.
● Shipping Frequency: Can be recurring (monthly/quarterly) or one-time orders.
● Buyer Responsibility: Clearance, duty, inland freight within U.S.
Ideal for: Distributors, grocery chains with consolidation centres, importers with experience handling clearance.
Option 2: U.S. Warehousing / MOQ Pricing (Competitive Price)
● Minimum Order: MOQ 1 pallet per SKU or 2,000 lbs combined.
● Source: Stock held in U.S. warehouse.
● Pricing: Slightly higher due to U.S. logistics and storage.
● Payment Terms/ Method: Cash, Card, Cheque upon delivery
● Purchase agreement: Recurring which offers guaranteed supply or on-demand based on MOQ.
● Lead Time: Recurring is predictable while on demand would be based on availability (7days)
Ideal for: Buyers who prefer reduced import complexity but want access to consistent supply at better volume rates.
Option 3: Spot / Ad-Hoc Small Quantity (Premium Price)
● Minimum Order: No MOQ (can purchase small case quantities).
● Source: U.S. warehouse / fulfilment centre.
● Pricing: Highest tier to reflect flexibility, storage, logistics, and fulfilment overhead.
● Payment Terms/ Method: Cash, Card, Cheque upon delivery
● Purchase agreement: As needed, no commitment.
● Lead Time: based on availability (7days)
