Order Process
1. Select Order Option
Buyers choose one of the following fulfillment options:
● Direct Export from Ghana – Bulk orders shipped from Ghana to buyer’s destination.
● U.S. Warehouse (Bulk) – Purchase from our U.S.-based warehouse with a minimum order of 1 pallet.
● U.S. Warehouse (Small Quantities) – Flexible ordering of smaller volumes for faster domestic fulfillment.
2. Order Inquiry & Quotation
Product specifications, quantities, and delivery preferences are submitted. A formal quotation
outlining pricing, lead time, and terms is issued.
3. Order Confirmation & Payment
Upon approval, a Sales Contract or Invoice is issued and payment is completed according to agreed
terms.
4. Processing, Fulfillment & Quality Assurance
Orders are processed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment based on the selected fulfillment
option.
5. Delivery & Documentation
Orders are dispatched on schedule with all relevant shipping and compliance documentation provided.
